About your host: Alida Iacobellis is a registered dietitian and sport nutritionist. She runs a virtual private practice where she supports people with disordered eating, intuitive eating, and weight-neutral nutrition interventions to help them feel more confident, connected, energized and healthy without focusing on weight loss. She also runs in-person meal prep cooking classes. When she’s not helping people learn how to nourish themselves and feel good about food, she loves line dancing, hanging out at farmers’ markets, stand up paddle boarding, and heading out on the many trails around her home in Milton, Ontario.
