Get ready to experience a world of culture right here in Milton! From September 19 to October 12, Arts Milton is once again bringing dozens of free family-friendly activities to the community during Milton Culture Days 2025.
Celebrating 25 years in 2025, Arts Milton is marking this milestone as the Year of Collaborations with a jam-packed calendar of events in partnership with the Town of Milton, Conservation Halton, Milton Public Library, and many more local organizations at venues throughout town.

Get Creative with Hands-On Workshops

- Create your own mini masterpiece and have it displayed in the tiny gallery, then choose a painting to bring home at the Arts Milton Mini Gallery Exchange.
- Explore the connection between art and science as you design moving models at Young Engineers’ Creative Engineering with LEGO session on September 20, open to all ages.
- From September 23 to 29, join Milton Public Library to make beaded orange shirt pins to wear on September 30 in honour of Phyllis Jack Webstad during the Orange Shirt Day Craft Take and Make.
- Mix coding with creativity during Code Ninja’s Code and Create: Build Your Own Doodle App workshop on September 27.
- On October 11, visit Milton Mall to celebrate the Festival of Lights at the Diwali Artizaan Bizaar at Milton Mall, where you can design your own diwa, rangoli art, and keychains, then receive traditional face painting and henna.
Uncover Milton’s Heritage

- Learn about the stories that shape our community and artifacts that highlight our connection to the land, wildlife, and our heritage at the Conservation Halton Showcase on September 20.
- Visit Country Heritage Park to learn about Ontario’s rural traditions through interactive storytelling and live enactments during Living Traditions: Inside a Heritage Building on September 21.
- On October 4, 8, and 11, join the Milton Historical Society for a Historical Walking Tour through downtown Milton to learn about local heritage buildings and landmarks.
Participate in Live Shows, Screenings, and Storytimes

- On Saturdays throughout Culture Days and beyond, join Milton Public Library for Family Storytimes, where kids up to age six and their caregivers can come together to hear stories, sing songs and have fun.
- Experience traditional cultural and modern dance performances throughout the festival, including classical Indian dances with the South Asian Mommies of Milton (SAMM) and the Traditional Dances of Palestine with Zaytouna Academy of Cultural Arts.
- See a performance by musicians from the Milton Chamber of Commerce, along with students from The Academy of Music, and special guests, during Halton Music Concert Series: Chamber Sounds & Jazz on October 11.
- Join local dance studios, including The Dance Class, Jazz Baby Dance Studio, and SIS Club for live shows and dance-along events.
