Some favourites that always hit the mark are their Thai Green Curry – if you like it spicy – their Pad Woon Sen, glass noodles with mushrooms, and their never-found-anywhere-else, Thai Curry Puffs – try to see what all the fuss is about.
I have been eating here for years and have never felt bored with options. There is a lot of fantastic food from which to choose. Finish off your meal with honey-fried bananas or some ginger tea if you’re too stuffed from all the deliciousness.

Recently changing ownership and getting a new name, Pretty Rad, is now known as The Eighth Note. They’ve kept a lot of what made them rad in the first place, such as their amazing cocktails, delicious bites, and friendly staff, but they have added a few twists to shake things up.
They’ve now got live music from Friday to Sunday, introduced a breakfast menu on the weekend, and thrown in a 19+ Drag Brunch the first Sunday of every month into the mix. They also love hosting other fun event nights, such as their 80s party.
They love to play around with their menu and cater to the season and what’s popular, but they have some great standbys, such as Chicken Club and Saucy and Dry Wings. If you’re a fan of New Orleans cuisine, you must try their Louisiana Dirty Rice or New Orleans Style Shrimp.
And you cannot go without trying one of their signature cocktails. The Spicy Margarita has just the right amount of kick. And, if you can, I’d suggest finding a spot on the raised patio in the back in the summer for the ultimate experience.

Everything they make is homemade and originates from rustic Italian backyard flavours familiar to the south of Rome. Rustic also lends itself nicely to the décor and atmosphere, and you might even think you stepped through a teleporter directly to Italy when you choose to dine in.
While you can certainly go for any of their renowned pizzas, you should also try their Gnocchi Pesto di Pollo. It’s a great time for an intimate occasion, but they cater to larger groups and families, too. And do yourself a favour, take half your pizza home, and try one of their irresistible desserts.

Expect whatever you select, whether it be the Tenderloin with Mushroom Sauce or the Rib Eye Steak with Pepper Sauce, to be tender and delicious. If you want to try something with a Mediterranean flair, they have delicious kinds of Shawarma, Falafels, and more.
The service is attentive and friendly, while the atmosphere offers a clean and simple vibe. With reasonable prices and everything served with a smile, you’ll wonder why you waited so long to try out this amazing place.

One word. Brunch. The meal that perfectly defines that hunger pain that hits you when it’s too late for breakfast and too early for lunch. The menu is massive and overflows with breakfast or lunch options, including vegetarian dishes like the Vegetable Skillet and Halal choices, like Halal Chicken.
Grill Daddy is a great spot to take the whole family, including kids; they can’t get enough of the pancakes. I love going knowing that the food is always fresh and flavourful, and the price is reasonable for the quality and quantity you get.
The servers are always kind and ready to top up your coffee while you wait for your meal. But don’t expect a place like this not to be packed if you decide to visit on a weekend, so if a crowd’s not your thing, try a weekday visit.
