Community Class – Pilates for Dads

In celebration of Fathers Day we want to invite all Dads to take on our pilates class challenge using a reformer machine! This is a men only class and all fitness levels are welcome.

Register for free and any donations are welcome in support of Milton District Hospital Foundation (MDHF). Space is limited, registration is on first come first serve basis.
