Fit For Fun: Outdoor Multi-Sport Class

About the Event
Fit For Fun is a high-energy, multi-sport program designed for little ones ages 1.5–3.5 (with parent participation). Led by Coach Dana, an Ontario Certified Teacher and kids’ sports coach, this class introduces toddlers to movement, sports, and confidence-building through fun, structured play.
What to Expect
Your child will explore the basics of a variety of sports, including soccer, basketball, baseball, football, and volleyball. Parents join in to encourage and support, making this a fun bonding experience as well as an active class.
Through playful activities and age-appropriate games, kids will:

Run, jump, throw, catch, and kick
-
Try simple sport-specific skills like dribbling, rolling, and passing
-
Play gross motor games that keep them moving and smiling
Benefits for Your Child
-
Build agility, balance, coordination, and speed
-
Improve endurance, strength, and flexibility
-
Strengthen focus, body awareness, and self-confidence
Practice social skills and resilience in a supportive environment
Parent Participation Required
This class is designed for toddlers ages 1.5 to 3.5 years, which means parents play too! You’ll be alongside your child for the activities, helping guide them, cheering them on, and sharing in the fun.
