As players get older and the game gets faster, nutrition becomes a key part of performance. In this session for female U15 athletes, we’ll dive deeper into fueling for strength, stamina, and recovery. Players will learn how to prepare for game days, snack smart during tournaments, stay hydrated, and support muscle growth and repair. We’ll also cover building a healthy relationship with food, making confident choices, and understanding how proper fueling can help maximize both on-ice performance and overall wellness. Athletes will leave empowered with practical tools to take their training to the next level.
