Help us celebrate the community and the mission of Green Care Farms at our annual Harvest Dinner!
We are nearing the end of our third season of Green Care Farms! It has been another wonderful season and we want to share the harvest with our community. Enjoy with us and try some of our delicious veggies in a simple harvest soup in our garden!
We will also be having a mini makers market! You will have an opportunity to browse an array of unique goods made by creatives from our community.
What: Green Care Farms is a program for people with dementia on a farm. We are the first care farm for people living with dementia in Canada! This 2024 summer season we gardened a half-acre Sensory Garden (big thanks to Andrews Farm for hosting us).
Who’s Invited: Our members with dementia, their families, friends and interested community members.
