On Sunday, November 23rd, we’re launching a brand-new event series — The Kitchen Take Over!

Once a month, Chef Justin and Chef Chris will take over our kitchen to create a unique, themed ticketed dinner experience featuring special menu items served family-style.

We’re kicking things off with a Creole/Southern-inspired menu — and in true Eighth Note style, you won’t leave hungry! Tickets are just $60 per person (+tax) for this unforgettable meal. Beverages available for purchase at the event.

✨ Menu Highlights ✨

Starters
• Homemade Corn Bread with jalapeño honey butter
• Creole Potato Salad – holy trinity, boiled eggs, Cajun mayo dressing, green onion

Mains & Sides
• Baked Mac & Cheese – rich, creamy three-cheese mac with a
golden crust
• Candied Yams – Southern-style with warm spices & brown sugar glaze
• Corn Succotash – charred corn with onions, beans, peppers & tomato
• Buttermilk Fried Chicken – double-fried crispy thighs with dill ranch
• Blackened Haddock – Louisiana-style heat with Creole butter & seared lemon

Dessert
• Bourbon Banana Pudding – bourbon caramel, bananas, vanilla custard, cake crumble 😋
This series is all about supporting local talent — giving these incredible chefs a stage to showcase their creativity. Each month will feature a new theme and flavour, so every event brings something different to the table!
