Let’s Do Some Planting!

Join us to plant some native plants in the open area along the curve of Roper Drive in Milton.

Native plants create an inviting habitat for local insects and wildlife. And flowering plants always look lovely! We’ll be digging in the dirt and adding mulch, so we recommend you wear closed shoes and long pants. And don’t forget a hat and sunscreen. Student volunteer hours available. All participants must complete a waiver, and those under 18 must also complete a permission form. These are found on the volunteering page of our website: sustainablemilton.ca/events/#volunteering. If you’ve already filled in a form this year, no need to do it again.
