Light in the Quiet – A Grief Support Group

If you’re carrying a loss, recent or long past, you don’t have to walk through it alone.

We’re opening a gentle, supportive space for anyone navigating grief. This group is designed to help you feel seen, grounded, and companioned as you move through your own unique process.

What you can expect:
• A safe, compassionate environment
• Tools for coping and emotional regulation
• Space to share (only if you want to)
• Connection with others who understand
• Guidance from experienced facilitators

We will be meeting for four Saturday’s from 2-3:30pm, starting on Saturday November 29th. The cost is $200 for all four sessions.
