Emily is a certified Sound Vibrational Healing Practitioner, she will create sacred space allowing you to feel present, grounded and connected. Through meditation, breathwork and a sound experience with crystal singing bowls, tingshas, rain sticks and so much more! You will co-create a space honouring the moon cycle, allowing you to remember your consciousness and return you to your heart centre.
Some mediation cushions & yoga mats available or bring your own.
Chairs are also available for those who prefer.
