Visit the ‘First Harvest: Celebrating Sweetwater’ exhibit in a replica 15th-century Longhouse Village and learn about the Indigenous origins and current practice of maple sugaring. Guests can also join guided maple and birch syrup-tasting sessions and enjoy maple taffy on snow.
