Join us and our bud Chef Amphay from Laos-c-Chef for a 5 course tasting menu paired with 5 of our beers!
Chef Amphay will provide a guided tasting of his creations while you sip on a selection of 5 fresh beers from our taproom.
The menu will showcase Laotian food that has been lovingly prepared to share with you. Check the menu here:
- Papaya salad w/ chicharron
- Bamboo shoot stew
- Laos pork sausage w/ sticky rice and tomato salsa
- Chicken Lapp w/ sticky rice
- Mango rice pudding
Ticket price includes all five dishes, 5 4oz beers, and a great night of unique food and education! $60 tickets available for purchase in the “Featured Beer” section of our website!
