UCHS Rabies & Microchip Clinic

Rabies and microchip clinic, sponsored by Dr F Walker, DVM, in support of the Upper Credit Humane Society.

Appointments/ pre registration/ pre payment via E-transfer is required.
**Clinic date: April 5, 2025. 11am-2pm.**

LIMITED SPACE.

**Deadline to pre-register/etransfer is March 15, 2025.
**Minimum age for rabies: 3 months.
**Rabies: $40 **Microchip $40

NOTE: Dogs MUST be securely leashed. NO Flexi leashes.
Cats must be in carriers (NOT held/ NOT in a box or purse)

**Appointment times will be sent a week prior to the clinic, to all clients who have etransferred/ completed pre registration.
