Bliss Counselling

Bliss Counselling, led by owner Nicole Belina, is a Milton-based practice dedicated to providing a comforting and inclusive space for all clients seeking therapy. They prioritize a sex-positive approach and offer support across a variety of areas including stress, anxiety, relationships and couples counselling, sex therapy, and trauma.

With a deep commitment to diversity and representation, Bliss Counselling employs a team of six therapists, including Nicole, with varied genders, cultural backgrounds, and sexualities. They are proud to be a 2SLGBTQ+ supportive community, actively building relationships with organizations like Pflag Halton and Prism to ensure their services remain relevant and mindful of the community’s needs.

Beyond individual and couples sessions, Bliss Counselling offers specialized group therapy. This includes the “Men’s Sexual Health Group,” a bi-weekly virtual session for men addressing problematic sexual behaviour, and a “Mother’s Day Bereavement Group,” a one-time session for daughters grieving their mothers or navigating complex maternal relationships. Their therapists utilize various approaches, including somatic experiencing and EMDR, to help clients heal and grow.
