Can’t Miss Milton Events for March 2026

It’s official. March is here, and along with that means blossoming buds, longer days, and (hopefully) green grass –once the snow has melted. Don’t wait to explore everything that Milton has to offer this March. Check out everything that’s happening below.

Experience of the Month

  • Taste of Downtown Milton: Continuing from February 20 until March 15, explore exceptional local flavours with prix-fixe menus at your favourite local restaurants. Discover participating restaurants here.

Ongoing Events

  • Spirit of the Lake: Come check out a new Indigenous art exhibition at Crawford Lake Conservation Area. It runs until the end of June and celebrates the park’s rare meromictic lake, a phenomenon that allows for the water and sediments to record centuries of time.
  • Sweet Water at Crawford Lake: March means maple syrup season! Come enjoy a sweet taste of birch syrup tasting along with a tour of the Longhouse Village, children’s craft activities, and a visit to the Spirit of the Lake Exhibit. This event runs until April 5 on weekends and holidays, and daily during March Break.
  • Ramadan Weekend Iftar Buffet at Khazana Milton: Celebrate the Holy Month with a curated premium buffet featuring traditional favourites, such as Harira and Chicken Kebsa. This is a multi-date event, and tickets can be purchasedhere.  
  • Pilates Reformer Flow: Get your sweat on with this Pilates-and-resistance-machine combination. Come out twice a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 5:15 to 6:15 pm for a fun workout.
  • Tuesday Night Trivia at Shoeless Joe’s in Milton: Prove your knowledge of random facts at Trivia Night at Shoeless Joe’s. Reservations can be made viaEventbrite, but please also call Shoeless Joe’s at (905) 864-9779 to reserve your table.
  • Grace Church’s Walking Group at Mill Pond: The weather is slowly getting warmer, making it the perfect time to get out for a walk. Combine your walk with the Grace Church’s Walking Group. Meet up at Grace Church at 8:30 am or at the Mill Pond Gazebo at 8:45 am, Wednesdays, for a nice, gentle walk around Milton’s iconic Mill Pond.
  • Wednesday Night Trivia at St. Louis Bar & Grill in Milton: Milton loves its trivia nights! Join in the fun at St. Louis Bar & Grill. Reservations are required on Eventbrite, and don’t forget to call Louis Bar & Grill at (905) 875-1333 to secure your spot
  • Public Speaking & Leadership Skills- Supporting Women EntrepreneursCalling women who want to bolster their voice and become better prepared at public speaking, head on over to the Toastmasters Club. These meetings take place every Wednesday from 7:30 to 9:30 pm. The first one is free.
  • Laos-C-Chef Weekend! Friday + Saturday: Enjoy scrumptious eats with refreshing beer from Laos-C-Chef at Third Moon Brewing the first Friday and Saturday of every month. 
  • Brazily Dance Fitness Party: Samba, Funk & Sweat in Milton!: Let the Samba rhythm move you every Friday at Dance Elite. No experience needed.
  • Graceway Baptist Church Women to Women Ministry: Meet up once a month with women for fellowship and God’s teachings on the first Saturday of every month.
  • Sourdough School: Learn the magic behind making the perfect sourdough bread in one of three class options, March 8, March 29, or April 19. Join Chef Serdjo and his team at the Marquee Steakhouse & Piano Lounge. Reserve your tickets ahead of time.
  • Graceway Baptist Church Deep Roots Youth Night: Inviting kids in grades 7 through 12 to come out for Youth Night, which takes place every second Friday at 7:00 pm at Graceway Baptist Church.
  • Graceway Baptist Church Men’s Fellowship: Deepen your relationship with God in this men’s fellowship every second Saturday of the month.Monthly Meeting: Rural Diaries: This month’s meeting takes place on March 19 and features speaker Dr. Catherine Wilson, who will discuss the intriguing lives of rural families through discovered diaries from the years 1800 to 1960.

Sunday, March 1

  • $25 High Tea Experience: Come out and experience the pleasures of high tea at Café Dépôt. Enjoy a three-tier caddy filled with a delicious assortment of savoury and sweet bites paired with your favourite loose-leaf tea.
  • 2nd Annual Milton Women’s Expo: This expo helps celebrate women-owned brands as a part of International Women’s Month. Come to this free event and support local women-led businesses when you purchase one of their handmade, unique items to give or keep for yourself.
  • 2026 Track Provincials Milton: Held at the Mattamy National Cycling Centre, come out and cheer on the action as racers compete to be declared a Provincial Champion. This event runs from February 27 to March 1.
  • The Dance Shoppe Competitive Showcase 2026: Enjoy a beautiful competitive dance showcase of dancers ages 5-18 years as they perform a variety of dance styles, including Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary, and more.
  • Halton Hardcore X Ball N’Chain X Endnote Present….: If you enjoy heavy music, then come out to the Halton Hardcore X Ball N’ Chain at Third Moon Brewing to benefit the Halton Women’s Place.

Wednesday, March 4

  • All 4 Her: Science 4 Her: Girls between ages 7-11 can benefit from hands-on experiments and creative challenges in this program that runs from February 18 to March 25. Missed the chance to register? There are other similar events, such as the All 4 Her Summer Camp.

Friday, March 6

  • World Day of Prayer @ Holy Rosary Church: Join others in prayer at the Holy Rosary Church. Lunch to follow.
  • International Women’s Day Film screening “The Nest”: Celebrate women and fight for women’s equality with this International Women’s Day film screening at Milton Town Hall. This is a free event and will feature the film The Nest.
  • MPO Classical Gems: Enjoy the music of the Milton Philharmonic Orchestra with talented local artists as they play their instruments in this themed concert.
  • Old Friends: The Songs of Simon & Garfunkel: Sing along to your favourite Simon & Garfunkel hits at First Ontario Arts Centre for the first time ever. Tickets may be purchased here
  • Caribbean Nights: Step away from reality and enjoy some island vibe at Champs with Caribbean Nights. Enjoy $1 wings, beers, and burger specials, $5 shots, Caribbean-inspired cocktails, and more. If you can’t make it this March, there is another chance on April 10.

Saturday, March 7

  • Reiki First & Second Degree Classes: Learn the power of Reiki in this two-day free event (March 7 and March 8) at Life Yoga Studio. Topics include the history of Reiki, Chakras, ethics and practices, Reiki symbols, techniques for treating others, and so much more.
  • Designers Merge Milton: Come out for this EID pop-up shopping experience at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Milton from 1:00 to 9:00 pm. Bring the family and shop unique brands of fashion, festive wear, and more. Entry and parking are free.
  • Family Paint Party: Gather the family for a one-of-a-kind bonding experience at Boston Pizza. Come early to pick your seating and order some food.
  • Paper Bag Princess Day Celebration: Milton Public Library welcomes children ages 6-8 to “dare to be brave” with a reading of Robert Munsch’s famous The Paper Bag Princess and creative themed activities from 2:30 to 3:15 pm.
  • Tree Top Poets @ Orange Snail Brewers: Classic rock lovers, grab your buddies and come on out for an afternoon of cold beer and the top classic rock hits you love with The Tree Top Poets.
  • The Dance Element 21st Annual Competitive Showcase: The Dance Element presents an evening of competitive dance in this 21st annual showcase.
  • NCIM Saturday Night Racing: If you love to race, then come out and test your track racing ability at Mattamy National Cycling Centre. Choose from four ability-based categories to test your fitness and racing skills.
  • in a BLINK – Opening Event: Discover new paintings by Mary Ellen Chapman at the FirstOntario Arts Centre as she showcases her encaustic painted pieces.

Sunday, March 8

  • Chinmaya Mission Halton Holi Celebrations: Celebrate the Festival of Colours with Holi Stories, student reflections, festive crafts, and more from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Community Living North Halton. New families to the mission are kindly asked to register.
  • International Women’s Day Celebration Brunch – Halton Women Networking Group: Join the Halton Networking Group at their annual International Women’s Day Celebration Brunch. Tickets must be purchased in advance and include eight speakers, vendors, goodie bags, and, of course, a delicious brunch.
  • Family Paint Party: An all-ages creative get-together at Boston Pizza with renowned artist Disha Sharma. Buy your tickets and come early to pick your spot and order some food to share with the family.

  • Danceworks Showcase 2026: Excited to see what’s happening at Danceworks? Get a sneak peek and see dancers ages 6-17 as they showcase their competitive dance performances to an audience.

  • Shamrock Luncheon Tea: Combine your love for tea and finger sandwiches with history as local John McDonald gives a talk on Milton’s distinctive 1855 building, from Courthouse to Town Hall at Knox Church, from 1:00 to 3:00 pm.
  • Pick Your Project Crafty Workshop: Create a custom home décor piece in this afternoon workshop at The Barn Door Studio for you or as a perfect gift to give to a loved one. Tickets must be purchased beforehand to secure your spot.
  • Family Paint Party: Looking for something to do with the family that doesn’t involve screens? Paint Nite at Shoeless Joe’s is the perfect way to get your creative juices flowing and bond with the family. Come early to get some food and choose your seat. Tickets can be purchased here.
  • Dreamer: If you love Supertramp, then this evening is for you. Experience the talented tribute band Dreamer performing Supertramp’s greatest hits, including, Give a Little Bit, The Logical Song, and Take the Long Way Home. Tickets may be purchased here.

  • Mats and Mimosas: Looking to enjoy a delicious mimosa while you make the perfect mat for your front door entry? A crafty, fun morning awaits those who register for this event at The Barn Door Studio.
  • David Suzuki: What You Won’t Do for Love: Come to the show and walk away inspired to take action for Mother Earth in this unique evening featuring David Suzuki and Tara Cullis. Get your tickets here.

  • Annie KIDS: It’s a hard knock life… but not for those who want to come out and see this Milton Youth Theatre Production of the hit musical Annie. With two showings, 2:00 pm or 7:00 pm, get your tickets for this beloved story of little orphan Annie.

  • Crown Lands: Enjoy some music from this politically progressive Canadian rock music duo who fight against stolen lands from the First Nations people through their music.

  • Family Paint Party: Beat the Sunday blahs with an afternoon of creativity with the whole family at Boston Pizza. Get your tickets and follow along with the guidance of Disha as you paint your masterpiece.
  • Walk Like a Man: Featuring Music from Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons: Spend the evening with musical hits from the band Frankie Valli & the Four Seasons as they showcase their famous dance movies and vocals that will keep you tapping your toes all night long.

  • Future House 2026: If you’ve ever been curious about solar panels, heat pumps, water conservation, or other topics related to saving energy in your home, come to Sherwood Community Centre between 10:30 am and 3:30 pm and get all your burning questions answered.
  • Family Paint Party: Let local artist Disha guide you and your family in an afternoon of creative fun. Come early to order some food and pick your seat.
  • Comedy Show with Drew Behm: Laughter and beer go together like Canada and its wonderfully iconic accents. Check out the Alberta Accent Tour with Alberta-raised Drew Behm as he does material from his viral videos at Third Moon Brewery.

Holding Space: Dealing with grief is difficult and should not be done alone. Come to this program to learn how to hold conversations about death, dying, and bereavement. Walk-ins are welcome.
